After decades of pushback, the government successfully combined the CIA and FBI, they are further divided into more specific agencies and scattered across the system in large numbers to have a more than ever present view of all the information they could need. None of their bases are public knowledge and 95% of agents are not allowed to disclose their status in the agency and have cover jobs.
