Dugan

Originally used as an old military base, Dugan has seen drastic changes over the past few decades. Once an endless desert, Dugan was colonized by some rich explorers who made it off Earth's moon before the catastrophe of 2702. They developed the first of its kind stealth biodome tech that can amplify mirage effects to make the city completely invisible to passerbys and anyone trying to breach the biodome without clearance will be hit with a noxious gas that will leave them unconscious, to then be relocated out of orbit. The current usages of this dome or unknown and there are many theories.
