Banished from her ancestral home of Saturn, with the goal to build a empire to overshadow that of her ex-husband hastur, Balgh-Resh chose this icy damp terrain to be the seat of her empire; Resha. 2 centuries she has been building this empire, reportedly with no help and only by the feats of her own arcane abilities. Her plan is to build this sanctuary and die on the day of its completion after handing it off to the rightful rulers of this crystalline utopia.

Hi'iaka's world tree bloomed later than other planets in the system with some life still just beginning to flourish, Resh has tampered with her world tree since it was a sapling and has been conducting her own magic and some say soul into the roots of the tree, terraforming the terrain in her image.

None have ever set foot on this moon since she has taken hold of it, and those who have tried were met with severe backlash. The world tree has melted away thousands of years of tundra revealing a porous core that was perfect to plant the roots of her structures in. Many suggest it to not be possible for her to be able to forge this metropolis with merely her magic, some hypothesize slave work or technological advantages provided by Hastur, which he angrily denies on the few accounts she has spoken with the public.
