Mimas is owned and inhabited by centuries of Iron Lotus, No one comes in or out without them knowing, This moon mostly has feudalistic Japanese architecture that has been technologically updated purely for ease, while maintaining most of the classic architectural attributes, many manmade rivers and forests were put in at a later date. With the main inhabitants being one of the worlds most renowned crime organizations, there is essentially no crime taking place on this planet, due to its extremely high security and exceptionally well trained inhabitants.
