Top Layer: The first layer has a dock-like appearance with heavy fog, the citizens use light magic to keep the necessary areas visible through the fog.
The second layer: water layer residents live amongst the pillars of the fog layers support beams. A glass structure is secured to the infrastructure giving a plentiful view of the sea
The final layer: ice layer that the goblins and mole people dug to make a anthill like luxury housing system.
Inhabitants and Population: +18000 Goblins, Molepeople, and Rodentfolk
Wildlife: Mostly sea life, many creatures live in the second layer, they have never given the inhabitants any issues with construction.
Foliage: Reefs and other seaplants are in the second layer, the other two do not have any foliage.
Social Services: excellent public transport (including the elevator hall- 300 door elevator complex running through the center of the planet. Self sufficient mining facilities, and free to sell local markets in every layer.
Wealth Distribution & Class Relations: 3 class system, however lowest classes dont face too much struggle compared to other societies lower classes. Classes interact frequently and peacefully.
