Outsiders

Rumors about the origins of the outsiders are almost as ambiguous as their members, the most common theory being they began around the height of the American witch trials in the 1600s. They are said the be the greatest and most knowledgeable users of dark magic in the system. With no confirmed members, this highly secretive organization may not even exist. However people looking to expand on their dark magic are said to have the inherent ability to find them if their energy is pure enough.
