Reavers

Hailing from the deserts of Rhea, the Reavers are a highly destructive mercenary force who have toppled private military installations and militias all over the system. They are wanted for stealing and killing military personnel for the equipment, and seem to be gearing up for something big. Little is known about their confirmed numbers or what type of tech they have access to.
