Festival moon inhabited by carnies who seek refuge from the outer worlds. Most inhabitants entertain a traveling lifestyle. There is a big top council who meets bimonthly to talk growth and networking. Inhabitants are given funds weekly by the clown pirates.

Most of the planet's civilization is covered in set pieces and tarps to provide better backdrops for their comedy acts. Several decades ago Calisto's surface experienced a intense lightning storm (reckoned by a malevolent wizard) that solidified the sand on the moon's surface into a multicolored crystalline dunescape. Many of the placed tents and homes solidified into the crystal floors. The local clowns have grown to love the unique surface and have implemented many landmarks to make life sustainable and less necessary for travel and supplies from other planets.
