Europa

In the late 1400's a portion of Europe was captured in a powerful mage hex and transported to the far and current future. Several groups are fighting over control of this now biodome.

Taking the place of the moon Europa, everything there the moment of the drop was completely vaporized. Lives and buildings never to be seen again replaced with the hex. Forming a magic biodome that is rumored to destroy anything that tries to enter. The outside system sees this as some sore of mage attack.
