Born from a Goblin cobbler and a mysterious vampiric entity, Ponya grew up on the low end of Deimos. Primarily raising herself in the streets Ponya helped her single dad get by through means of thievery, and later bounty hunting. With her father primarily trying to keep up on shoe repair and making orders out on time, she was able to use the spare time to teach herself how to survive in a crime heavy part of town. Unintentionally acting as a town peace keeper Ponya met a friend called Penelope. She introduced Ponya to Bounty hunting and the dark arts. This helped get Ponya enough money to get her father out of the money his debtors claimed he owed. As things started to seem stable at home, Ponya began further mastering her combat and dark magic abilities practicing via bounties and training in her spare time.
Her father, never wanting to become a vampire, died while Ponya was a fairly young age for a vampire. She for a while maintained his shop but eventually sold it to a family friend after teaching her everything she knew about the craft. Ponya and Penelope eventually began extraterrestrial bounty hunting to start getting some more adventerous journeys outside of time. For a short time the two lived on Ganymede in a nicer part of the city. During the day Ponya and Penelope would hunt for bounties and at night Ponya worked at a nightclub as a bodyguard, making several friends in the bustling city.
After 50 years of working with Ponya, Penelope was murdered by a former employer, with Ponya being unsure who it was, she tracked down everyone over the past 50 years who hired them, and who could've set them up. Within 5 years Ponya was able to find Silas, the man who did it.
Upon taking up this contract she finds it was a setuo by Silas to get several people killed. She teams up with the others, and is then set on her path to becoming more, becoming chosen.
