The Special Operations, highest threat level of Calisto clown pirates that exist. This fearsome crew has kept the shores and atmospheres of countless villages and communities, arguably one of the more selfless and for the people groups in the system.
Founded 50 years ago by Humphrey Pickles, his goal was to keep his friends and family on Calisto safe from harm by establishing themselves as a serious force to be reckoned with. Only a few years after formation, Pickles targeted a Iron Lotus stronghold recently placed on his homeland. He went in with a team of 4 and cleared out the government funded mob installation. With only two survivors out of 73 men, world spread quickly in the criminal underworld that if anyone were to mess with the Clowns they needed some serious firepower.
In recent years the Clown Syndicate has gone into the shadows to continue minimal casualty, charity work for the vulnerable residents of Calisto and any allies to the Clowns.
With over 3 million members currently, the Based out of Calisto the clown pirates travel the system looking for adventure and treasures for their families back home. Although they are primarily travelling in the spirit of adventure, they can easily take down most other rival gangs setting foot in their turf. The clown pirates mostly remain a peaceful crew but they are known to go off the hinges if bullied.
A Special Unit formed by the also Founder of Calisto's clown population, called the Clown syndicate are sent out on extreme operations too difficult or specific for the average teams.
