Steam powered industrial power house, held together by a series of magnalock floating structures. Its extremely bright atmosphere is perfect for refracting solar energy and the steam otherwise generated helps spread the light, enabling natural light. The biodome installed somewhat recently helps slow down the incredibly fast orbital spin, and the planets oval- shape, was perfect to help lay foundation for larger structures.

The founders of Haumea were very interested in the concept of making a society of tethered together blimp-like structures. With the blimp part being the foundation and building this metropolis atop the air structures. After many attempts they discovered their world tree has an extremely large magnetic pull, that they were able to make counter balances to and connect to a naturally hovering structure. these structures over the years have connected, and aside from the skyboxes, it's hard to tell you're even floating from the surface.
